Amends 47 O.S. 2021, Section 2-124 to update statutory language within the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Telecommunication Systems Division provisions (changing "on-line" to "online," "realtime" to "real-time," and "Telecommunication" to "Telecommunications")

Authorizes the Department of Public Safety to provide vehicle owner registration information to the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority through the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Telecommunication Systems network

Limits the information sharing provision to toll collection purposes only, specifically for vehicles identified by the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority's video toll collection system

Information sharing applies only when vehicle registration data is not already available to the Turnpike Authority through other registering agencies in Oklahoma or other jurisdictions

Effective date: November 1, 2025
