Amends Oklahoma's Health Education Act to limit health education in public schools to physical health, physical exercise, physical activities, and nutrition, explicitly excluding sex education and gender theory from the curriculum

Requires the State Department of Education to develop standards and benchmarks by the 2025-2026 school year, with the State Board of Education approving all curricula, materials, tests, surveys, and questionnaires for statewide use

Mandates school districts submit annual reports by July 1, 2027 describing their health education implementation, and establishes a complaint process where violations may result in deficient accreditation reports

Removes mental health, social and emotional health, and intellectual health from the required health education topics, and eliminates the requirement for biennial reviews of mental health crisis protocols

Repeals Maria's Law (Section 11-103.9b) and the Oklahoma Prevention Needs Assessment Survey (Section 24-158), with an effective date of July 1, 2025 and emergency clause for immediate implementation
