Requires school districts that receive one or more deficiencies on their accreditation report to be evaluated annually until they achieve two consecutive years without deficiencies

Mandates closure of school districts that fail to receive or subsequently lose accreditation, with students reassigned to accredited districts or the district annexed to another district

Removes the State Board of Education's authority to interrupt the four-year evaluation schedule for reasons such as superintendent changes, falsified information, or ongoing investigations

Effective date of July 1, 2025, with an emergency clause for immediate implementation upon passage and approval
