Amends the TeachForwardOK pilot program to allow the Commission for Educational Quality and Accountability to select more than one teacher education program to receive monetary awards if sufficient funds are available, rather than limiting selection to a single program

Selected programs receive $500,000 to implement initiatives for creating new pathways into teaching, including programs for high school students to become paraprofessionals, paraprofessionals to become teachers, and bachelor's degree holders to become teachers

Technical assistance providers evaluate participating teacher education programs on candidate recruitment and completion, preparation effectiveness, workforce alignment, and innovative recruitment of nontraditional candidates

Teacher education programs must submit report responses within 90 days of evaluation, detailing plans for intensive on-the-job training curricula, mastery-based evaluation systems, and flexible scheduling for apprenticeship participants

Commission must submit findings and recommendations report to the Governor, Senate President Pro Tempore, and House Speaker by December 31, 2027; bill includes emergency clause for immediate effect upon passage
