Increases the sheriff's fee for serving writs, warrants, orders, process, commands, or notices from $50.00 to up to $150.00 for service both within and outside the county

The fee increase applies to criminal cases where sheriffs serve or attempt to serve legal documents, or pursue fugitives from justice

Maintains the alternative calculation methods: mileage as established by Oklahoma Statutes (for within-county service) or actual necessary expenses (for outside-county service), whichever is greater than the flat fee

Effective date is July 1, 2025, with an emergency clause allowing immediate effect upon passage and approval
