Amends 21 O.S. 2021, Section 1277 to expand exemptions from firearm carry restrictions to include Judges of the Court of Civil Appeals, Judges of the Court of Criminal Appeals, and Justices of the Supreme Court who possess valid handgun licenses and appear on a list maintained by the Administrative Director of the Courts

Updates statutory references for armed security guard licensing from specific statute citations to "the Oklahoma Security Guard and Private Investigator Act"

Removes cross-reference language "Notwithstanding paragraph 3 of subsection A of this section" from provisions allowing school boards to authorize designated personnel to carry handguns on school property

Makes technical corrections including changing "minimum-security" to "minimum security" and updating grammatical language throughout the statute
