Extends the maximum age for adult high school completion from 26 to 30 for Oklahoma residents who were unable to complete 12th grade before age 21 due to documented circumstances

Beginning in the 2025-2026 school year, adults seeking to complete high school under this program must enroll exclusively in a full-time virtual education program offered by their district

Allows school board designees (not just the board itself) to receive and evaluate evidence of prior inability to attend school

Exempts adult high school completion students from mandatory state student assessments and excludes them from certain state reporting requirements

Effective date of July 1, 2025, with an emergency clause allowing immediate implementation upon passage and approval
