Declares the World Health Organization, United Nations, and World Economic Forum have no jurisdiction in Oklahoma and prohibits the state or political subdivisions from enforcing or implementing any rules, regulations, fees, taxes, policies, or mandates from these organizations

Prohibits using mandates from these international organizations as a basis for imposing requirements for masks, vaccines, or medical testing, or for gathering public or private information about Oklahoma citizens or residents

Requires the state and political subdivisions to resist all efforts by these international organizations and other international governmental and nongovernmental organizations to exercise jurisdiction within Oklahoma

Prohibits cooperation with U.S. federal authorities attempting to implement rules originating from international organizations that infringe on state sovereignty or individual freedoms

Declared an emergency measure, taking effect immediately upon passage and approval
