Alternate adults must promptly notify schools of changes in the student's circumstances, including if they are no longer assigned to the student or if the student no longer qualifies as homeless

Defines "student" as a person enrolled in Oklahoma public or charter schools pursuing a standard diploma or equivalency, excluding those who already hold such diplomas

School personnel violating communication requirements face administrative leave during investigation, with potential discipline up to termination and law enforcement reporting if misconduct is confirmed
