Eliminates the statute of limitations for sexual crimes against children, including rape, sodomy, lewd acts, child pornography, child abuse, and child trafficking, allowing prosecution at any time rather than only until the victim's 45th birthday

Removes the statute of limitations for sexual crimes against adult victims (18+), which previously required prosecution within 20 years of discovery/reporting to law enforcement

Retains existing provisions allowing prosecution at any time when DNA evidence establishes probable cause or when the accused confesses

Applies retroactively to any offense not already time-barred as of the effective date

Effective date: November 1, 2025
