Amends 47 O.S. 2021, Section 1135.5 to modify provisions for the Oklahoma City Zoo License Plate, changing the fee structure from deposits to the Oklahoma Zoological Society Revolving Fund to a licensing agreement with the Oklahoma Zoological Society for up to $20 per plate issued

Modifies the Greenwood Historical District License Plate to allow issuance for motorcycles, changes the administering organization from Black Wall Street Chamber of Commerce to Tulsa Juneteenth Festival, Inc., and increases the fee payment from $25 to $27 while eliminating the separate $2 deposit to the Public School Classroom Support Revolving Fund

Repeals 47 O.S. 2021, Section 1104.13, which established the Oklahoma Zoological Society Revolving Fund

Updates statutory language throughout, including correcting a typographical error changing "Serve Service Oklahoma" to "Service Oklahoma" for the Oklahoma State Parks Supporter License Plate provision

Effective date of November 1, 2025
