Requires principals and teachers to display "E PLURIBUS UNUM (Out of Many, One)" and "IN GOD WE TRUST" in every classroom, auditorium, and cafeteria in Oklahoma public schools, changing the current law from permissive ("may") to mandatory ("shall")

Permits teachers and principals to use grade-appropriate excerpts from historical documents including the Mayflower Compact, Declaration of Independence, U.S. and Oklahoma Constitutions, Federalist Papers, and Supreme Court decisions

Prohibits school districts from limiting instruction in American or Oklahoma history based on religious references in historical documents, while requiring materials be used for educational purposes only and not to promote religion

Effective date of July 1, 2025, with an emergency clause allowing immediate implementation upon passage and approval
