Amends Oklahoma's Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act (63 O.S. 2021, Section 2-204) to add prohibited kratom products to Schedule I controlled substances, as defined in paragraphs 3 and 4 of Section 1-1432.4

Kratom products containing adulterants, synthetic alkaloids, or exceeding maximum allowable concentrations become classified alongside substances like heroin, LSD, marijuana, and synthetic cannabinoids

Maintains existing Schedule I listings including opiates, opium derivatives, hallucinogens, stimulants/depressants, and extensive synthetic cannabinoid chemical groups

Preserves automatic exclusion from Schedule I for FDA-approved prescription drugs that are rescheduled or deleted from federal controlled substance schedules by the DEA
