Creates the "Oklahoma Public Safety and Immigration Enforcement Act" requiring development of a Secure Interagency Collaboration Platform for real-time data sharing between state law enforcement, Department of Corrections, and federal immigration authorities including ICE

Requires state law enforcement agencies to report arrests of individuals suspected of being unauthorized immigrants and provide biometric data for identification and status verification

Mandates the Department of Corrections to screen all individuals entering state correctional facilities to identify unauthorized immigrants and notify federal authorities of confirmed cases

Office of Management and Enterprise Services oversees platform development and may impose administrative penalties on agencies that fail to comply with reporting requirements

Effective date of July 1, 2025, with emergency clause for immediate effect upon passage
