Prohibits state entities, local governments, and law enforcement agencies from adopting or maintaining sanctuary policies that limit cooperation with federal immigration agencies including ICE and Customs and Border Protection

Requires law enforcement agencies to comply with immigration detainers, notify federal agencies before releasing detainees, provide access for interviews, and share incarceration status and release dates

Mandates county correctional facilities enter into agreements with federal immigration agencies for temporarily housing persons subject to immigration detainers and covering associated costs

Authorizes sentence reductions of up to 12 days for defendants subject to immigration detainers to facilitate transfer to federal custody, and permits transport of detainees to federal facilities

Allows the Governor to suspend state funding to non-compliant local entities and authorizes the Attorney General to seek injunctive relief against violators, with effective date of November 1, 2025
