Adds causing an accident while eluding police that results in great bodily injury to the list of 23 serious offenses requiring offenders to serve at least 85% of their sentence before parole eligibility

Increases the maximum prison sentence for causing an accident with great bodily injury while fleeing police from 5 years to 7 years, with a minimum of 5 years

Updates terminology throughout the statute, changing "child pornography" to "child sexual abuse material" and "State Penitentiary" to "custody of the Department of Corrections"

Corrects statutory references for first degree burglary (from Section 1436 to 1431) and first degree rape (removing Section 1115)
