Adds a new statute of limitations for civil actions seeking damages for injuries resulting from sexual assault as defined by Oklahoma law

Victims of sexual assault may file suit within 4 years after leaving the dependency of the abuser, or within 4 years from discovering both the injury and its causal relationship to the abuse, whichever occurs later

Amends 12 O.S. 2021, Section 95, which governs limitation periods for various civil actions in Oklahoma

Effective date is November 1, 2025
