Removes the requirement that construction bidders submit disclosure statements "under oath" when bidding on political subdivision projects, while maintaining the requirement to submit written disclosure statements

Bidders must still disclose any partnerships, joint ventures, or business relationships with the project's architect, engineer, or other parties that existed within one year prior to the bid

Bidders must continue disclosing business relationships between officers or directors of the bidding company and officers or directors of architectural/engineering firms or other project parties

Amends 61 O.S. 2021, Section 108, relating to construction bidding procedures for political subdivisions
