Prohibits the Office of Management and Enterprise Services from promoting or marketing other forms of insurance in conjunction with the Risk Management Program for fire departments and fire protection services

Updates statutory language by changing "fire fighting" to "firefighting" throughout the Risk Management Program statute (74 O.S. Section 85.58B)

Maintains existing authority for the Risk Management Administrator to provide insurance coverage for vehicles, vessels, aircraft, buildings, and indemnity coverage for board members, officials, employees, and volunteers of fire protection entities
