Adopts a non-legally binding working definition of anti-Semitism for the State of Oklahoma to be codified in Title 25, Section 1911 of Oklahoma Statutes

Defines anti-Semitism as "a certain perception of Jewish people, which may be expressed as hatred toward Jewish people"

Specifies that rhetorical and physical manifestations of anti-Semitism may be directed toward Jewish or non-Jewish individuals, their property, Jewish community institutions, and religious facilities

Effective date of July 1, 2025, with an emergency clause allowing immediate effect upon passage and approval
