Amends Oklahoma property law (60 O.S. 2021, Section 333) governing adverse possession claims to land

Prohibits adverse possessors from establishing title by prescription if the legal owner has paid all taxes and assessments on the property during the claimed possession period

Protects property owners who maintain tax payments from losing land through adverse possession claims

Effective date: November 1, 2025
