Defines "lewd acts" as sexual behavior imitating sex, groping, indecent exposure of genitalia, display of genital replicas, sexual touching, or forcing others to observe sexual behavior

Prohibits political subdivisions from allowing public displays of lewd acts or obscene material at parades, shows, concerts, plays, or other activities where minors could be present

Prohibits individuals from displaying lewd acts or obscene material in any public place where others could witness them

Creates a felony offense for intentionally displaying lewd acts or obscene material in front of a minor

Authorizes civil lawsuits against individuals who expose minors or unwilling adults to lewd acts or obscene material; effective November 1, 2025
