Adds driving under the influence (DUI) as a new category where bail may be denied, applicable to individuals with two prior felony DUI convictions

Requires proof of guilt to be evident or the presumption great, plus a finding that no release conditions would assure community safety, for bail denial on DUI and other specified offenses

Escaped prisoners from the Department of Corrections must be processed back into DOC custody before bail can be set on new criminal charges

Updates statutory references to include the new DUI provision among offenses (paragraphs 2-6) subject to bail denial criteria
