Creates the "Oklahoma Local Food for Schools" program operated by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry to facilitate school districts' purchase of local foods

Provides reimbursement to school districts for local food costs to encourage partnerships with local producers and meat processors

Establishes the "Oklahoma Local Food for Schools Revolving Fund" in the State Treasury as a continuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations

Fund receives legislative appropriations and expenditures require warrants issued by the State Treasurer with approval from the Office of Management and Enterprise Services

Effective date: November 1, 2026
