Oklahoma adopts the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) Working Definition of Anti-Semitism from May 26, 2016, including its contemporary examples of anti-Semitism

The definition is adopted as a non-legally binding tool exclusively for training, education, recognizing and combating anti-Semitic hate crimes or discrimination, and tracking/reporting anti-Semitic incidents

The law explicitly states it shall not diminish or infringe upon First Amendment rights under the U.S. Constitution or Oklahoma Constitution

Codified as Section 1911 of Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes (relating to discrimination)

Passed the Senate on March 25, 2025 and the House on April 30, 2025
