Approves proposed permanent rules filed on or before February 1, 2025, by six state agencies: Oklahoma State Athletic Commission, Department of Emergency Management, Office of Management and Enterprise Services, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics, and Department of Transportation

Disapproves three specific Office of Management and Enterprise Services rule amendments: Rule 260:115-3-11 subsection (c), Rule 260:115-7-32 subsection (o) regarding evaluation ties, and Rule 260:95-3-6 subsection (a), restoring previous language for each

Directs the Secretary of State to distribute copies of the resolution to the Governor and the editor of "The Oklahoma Register"
