Amends Sections 1 and 4 of Article VI of the Oklahoma Constitution to change the Commissioner of Labor from an elected position to one appointed by the Governor with Senate confirmation

Commissioner of Labor would serve a 4-year term running concurrently with the Governor's term

Removes the Commissioner of Labor from the list of statewide elected officials whose terms begin the second Monday of January after their election

Maintains the existing 8-year term limit for the Commissioner of Labor position, with partial terms to fill vacancies not counting toward the limit

Requires voter approval through a statewide referendum before the constitutional amendment takes effect
