Proposes adding Section 6 to Article III of the Oklahoma Constitution requiring voters to present proof of identity to election officials at any election conducted by a county election board or the State Election Board

Applies proof of identity requirements to all authorized methods of voting, including in-person and absentee voting

Directs the Legislature to enact laws specifying the requirements for acceptable proof of identity

Orders a special statewide election on August 25, 2026, for Oklahoma voters to approve or reject the proposed constitutional amendment

Received a "Do Pass" recommendation from the Senate Committee on Rules on March 4, 2026
