Amends ORS 807.750 to allow private entities to swipe driver licenses or identification cards to verify age for any age-restricted goods or services, removing the previous limitation that only permitted swiping when there was "reasonable doubt" the person had reached 21 years of age

Private entities swiping for age verification are prohibited from storing, selling, or sharing personal information collected from the swipe

Personal information covered includes name, address, date of birth, photograph, fingerprint, biometric data, driver license number, and other unique identifiers

Individuals may sue for actual damages or $1,000 (whichever is greater) plus attorney fees for violations, with courts able to award up to triple damages for willful violations
