Requires the task force to study existing solar siting regulations, benefits of agrivoltaics, impacts on agricultural economy and property values, grid connection barriers, and mechanisms to ensure farming remains the primary land use

Task force must meet at least six times, with the first meeting within 90 days of the act's effective date

Report with potential legislative recommendations due to a Legislative Assembly interim committee on land use by December 15, 2026

Department of Land Conservation and Development provides staff support; task force provisions repeal December 31, 2026; declared an emergency effective upon passage
