Establishes the Task Force on Tribal Consultation 2025 with 17 members, including one representative from each of Oregon's nine federally recognized Indian tribes, legislative members, a Commission on Indian Services member, and state agency representatives

Directs the task force to identify and clarify state agency requirements for tribal consultation, continuing work from the 2023 Task Force on Tribal Consultation

Requires a report with potential legislative recommendations to an interim committee on government by September 15, 2026

Appropriates $70,000 from the General Fund to the Governor's office for the 2025-2027 biennium to support the task force

Task force sunsets December 31, 2026; legislative members serve as nonvoting advisors and non-legislative members serve without compensation
