Housing and Community Services Department must provide grants to federally recognized Indian tribes in Oregon for affordable housing, rental assistance, down payment assistance, emergency housing, shelter, and homelessness prevention

Tribes must submit a housing plan complying with department guidance to be eligible; grants will be apportioned using a formula developed by the department

Establishes the Tribal Housing Grant Fund in the State Treasury, separate from the General Fund, with moneys continuously appropriated to the department

Appropriates $12,767,376 from the General Fund for the 2025-2027 biennium to be deposited into the Tribal Housing Grant Fund

Declared an emergency measure, effective July 1, 2025
