Prohibits businesses, public bodies, and organizations from engaging in or refusing economic relationships with Oregon residents based on social credit scores, social standing ratings, or evaluations of religious, moral, or political beliefs

Bars denying entry to places of public accommodation based on a resident's compliance with public health mandates or exercise of constitutionally protected rights including free expression, association, or assembly

Exempts creditworthiness evaluations that comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and assessments of prior convictions involving violence or fraud

Exempts labor organization activities related to collective bargaining from the prohibition

Violations constitute unlawful trade practices under ORS 646.608, and the act takes effect on the 91st day after the 2025 legislative session adjourns
