Oregon Health Authority must set fee-for-service reimbursement rates for hospital inpatient psychiatric services at levels no less than the budgeted per diem rates for inpatient psychiatric rehabilitation at Oregon State Hospital

Coordinated care organizations (CCOs) are required to reimburse hospitals for inpatient psychiatric services at these same established rates

Reimbursement rates must be adjusted automatically whenever Oregon State Hospital's inpatient psychiatric rehabilitation rates increase

Applies to medical assistance (Medicaid) recipients receiving inpatient psychiatric services at hospitals

Requirements take effect for CCO contracts with OHA that are entered into, amended, or renewed after the bill's effective date
