Oregon Health Authority must establish rules and qualifications for mobile integrated health care providers to enroll in the state Medicaid program

Mobile integrated health care is defined as a coordinated, patient-centered model using interdisciplinary teams to deliver care at convenient, safe locations appropriate to patient needs

Eligible providers include licensed emergency medical services providers, community health workers, and other authorized health care providers delivering mobile integrated services

OHA must provide technical support to providers and employers applying for Medicaid enrollment

Does not expand the health services covered under Medicaid; takes effect July 1, 2025 as an emergency measure
