Establishes the Task Force on Health Care Apprenticeships and Career Pathways consisting of nine Governor-appointed voting members representing health care employers, unions, providers, workforce development boards, and credentialing experts

Task force must identify barriers to health care apprenticeships and recommend policies to provide credit for prior learning and completed apprenticeships across care settings

Focuses on expanding apprenticeships for certified alcohol and drug counselors, certified nursing assistants, dental assistants, certified medical assistants, and surgical technologists

Report with legislative recommendations due to interim health care committees by September 15, 2026

Task force sunsets December 31, 2026; act takes effect 91st day after session adjournment
