Foundation's financial audit requirement changed from annual to biennial, with reports submitted only to the foundation rather than also to the Legislative Administration Committee

Legislative Administrator granted authority to solicit and accept gifts, grants, and donations from the foundation and other public/private sources for State Capitol renovation and repair projects

Unexpended moneys from the Oregon State Capitol Foundation Operating Fund and Oregon Capitol History Gateway Fund transferred to the Oregon State Capitol Foundation upon the act's effective date

Act takes effect 91 days after the 2025 regular session of the 83rd Legislative Assembly adjourns sine die
