Oregon Health Authority must increase reimbursement rates for addiction medicine services by 30% by January 1, 2026, applying to billing codes used by board-certified addiction medicine physicians for substance use disorder treatment

The 30% rate increase provision sunsets on July 1, 2027

Establishes a 17-member Task Force on Addiction Medicine Reimbursement Rates to examine expanding covered services, billing codes, cost-of-living adjustments, and technical assistance for providers, with a report due December 15, 2026

Alcohol and Drug Policy Commission must annually review addiction medicine reimbursement rates and report findings to the Legislative Assembly by September 1 each year, with Oregon Health Authority required to revise rates if necessary by the following July 1

Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment of the 2025 legislative session, with commission review duties becoming operative January 1, 2026
