Expands Oregon's unlawful dissemination of intimate images law (ORS 163.472) to cover AI-generated content by adding "digitally created, manipulated or altered depiction that is reasonably realistic" to the definition of "image"

First offense remains a Class A misdemeanor; repeat offenders face a Class C felony

Requires intent to harass, humiliate, or injure the victim, along with knowledge or reasonable knowledge that the victim did not consent to disclosure

Exempts law enforcement investigations, medical/scientific/educational activities, legal proceedings, reporting crimes, disclosures serving lawful public interest, and images of voluntary public displays or consensual commercial content
