Requires employers of health care workers to develop and maintain a database of persons convicted of assaulting their employees, linked to victim names

Mandates employers notify assault victims when their convicted assailant enters the victim's workplace or when the victim is assigned to a location where the convicted person is likely to be

Amends ORS 163.165 to add health care workers to existing protections already covering public transit operators, emergency medical services providers, and highway workers
