Amends ORS 163A.215 to require the Department of State Police to release level two sex offender information on a state-maintained website to specific entities including churches, community parks, schools, child care centers, convenience stores, businesses, long term care facilities, and residential care facilities

Expands public access to level two sex offender data, which previously could only be released directly by supervising or notifying agencies to limited recipients

Level three sex offenders already have information published on the state website under existing law; level one sex offenders remain subject to more restricted disclosure rules

Notifying agencies include the Department of State Police, city police departments, county sheriff's offices, and university police departments established under ORS 352.121
