Authorizes landowners to petition for formation of predator damage control districts to fund county services that prevent, reduce, and mitigate property damage from predatory animals (including animals listed in ORS 497.655 and bears) using both nonlethal and lethal methods.

Requires petitions to be signed by at least 10 eligible petitioners who collectively own at least 10,000 acres of agricultural, forest, or mixed farm/forest land within the proposed district boundaries.

Establishes presumptive annual charges of $2 per acre for tax lots of 10 or more acres and a $50 flat rate for tax lots under 10 acres, with advisory boards able to recommend adjustments based on actual county costs.

Creates a five-member advisory board for each district consisting of representatives from industrial forestland, woodlot forestland, livestock producers, and general landowners who serve three-year terms.

Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment of the 2025 regular legislative session.
