Directs the Department of Justice to review all state statutes and administrative rules in effect from January 1, 2018, through the Act's effective date

Requires DOJ to determine which laws are likely unconstitutional under the Fourteenth Amendment as interpreted in Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. President and Fellows of Harvard College (2023), the Supreme Court case striking down race-conscious college admissions

DOJ must submit findings, including a list of potentially unconstitutional statutes and rules, to a judiciary-related legislative committee by September 15, 2026

Section 1 of the Act automatically repeals on January 2, 2027
