Secretary of State must publish monthly voter registration statistical reports for each Oregon county on the state website, becoming operative July 1, 2026

Monthly reports must include registration cards received and rejected, plus transaction counts for new registrations, address changes, party affiliation changes, and name changes

Reports must track registration cancellations by reason: residential moves outside county, death, and other reasons identified by the Secretary

Political party affiliation data must be reported by party showing active registrations, inactive registrations, and combined totals as of each month's end

Secretary of State must establish rules for county clerks to submit required data monthly
