Reduces required notice period for removing homeless individuals from established camping sites from 72 hours to 24 hours, reversing changes made by House Bill 3124 (2021)

Removes requirement for unclaimed property to be stored in facilities located in the same community or near public transit in Multnomah County

Eliminates provisions that prohibited issuing camping citations within 200 feet of a posted notice and within two hours of posting

Removes provision allowing local policies offering greater protections to homeless individuals to preempt state requirements

Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage
