Prohibits massage facilities from being located within 1,000 feet of public prekindergarten/kindergarten programs, public elementary or secondary schools, and private or parochial elementary or secondary schools

Applies only to massage facilities that receive permits or relocate on or after the effective date of the act

Allows existing massage facilities already located within the restricted zones to remain at their current location unless their permit is revoked by the State Board of Massage Therapists

Amends ORS 687.059 and 687.071 to incorporate the new location restrictions into facility permit requirements
