Amends ORS 336.680 to add a new requirement for approved recovery schools serving students in grades 9-12 who are recovering from substance use disorders

Requires approved recovery schools to provide a peer group support program that offers social activities, counseling services, and case management services

Peer group support programs must be community-based, family centered, and professionally staffed

State Board of Education must adopt rules incorporating this peer support requirement into standards for recovery school approval and operation
