Adds an exception allowing Oregon law enforcement agencies and public bodies to share information with federal authorities when necessary to effect international extradition of persons charged with or convicted of crimes in Oregon who have outstanding arrest warrants

Maintains existing prohibition on law enforcement sharing information about individuals in custody with federal immigration authorities for civil immigration enforcement purposes

Preserves existing exceptions permitting information sharing when required by judicial subpoena or when information is already publicly available

Exempts international extradition-related communications from the mandatory documentation and reporting requirements that apply to other federal immigration enforcement requests received by public bodies

Amends ORS 181A.823 and 181A.826, Oregon's sanctuary state laws governing state-federal information sharing on immigration matters
