Oregon Department of Administrative Services must study and develop standardized job profiles for all unlicensed school positions, including uniform job titles and descriptions to promote statewide consistency across school districts

Advisory committee required with representatives from the Department of Education, Coalition of Oregon School Administrators, and Oregon School Employees Association, holding its first meeting by December 1, 2025

Interim report due to legislative education committees by December 1, 2026; final report and distribution of job profiles to all school districts due by July 1, 2027

Job profiles must be published on the DAS website and distributed to both the Department of Education and each school district in the state

Act takes effect 91 days after adjournment of the 2025 legislative session and automatically repeals on January 2, 2028
