Replaces the requirement that CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) programs be members of the National CASA Association with a requirement to follow "nationally recognized CASA standards"

Removes the requirement that CASA Volunteer Programs receive accreditation from the National CASA Association to qualify for state funding and recognition

Requires the statewide coordinating entity's board to include directors from Oregon CASA Volunteer Programs

Maintains existing requirements for CASA programs including diversity recruitment plans, annual financial audits, and diversity, equity, inclusion and accountability plans
